Change Your Life
The first and arguably most challenging step in creating a new you, will be chipping away at the old conditioning and programming that you have installed throughout the course of your life.
Do you ever get the feeling that you keep going round and round in circles? Ending back in the same place as you started? Whether it’s relationships, career, diet, or addiction, it all works the same way.
Up to 95% of your thinking takes place in your subconscious. Have you ever driven a car only to arrive at a destination, not being able to remember how you got there? This is a prime example where your subconscious mind takes control, rendering you idle.
Repetition, repetition, repetition. When you do something enough, you will forge nueral networks in your brain that make it easier for signals to fire when you think or feel habitual processes.
Your personality works in the same way. Rather than perpetually following the voice of reasoning, fueled by the ego and negative self-talk, side-step that negative programming and start creating new pathways.
Functioning at a greater level of awareness takes heart and brain coherence, which will make you a better decision-maker and able to see beyond the limitations and conditions in your environment.
In order to truly make changes in your life, you have to get beyond your past. By now, you will have created a personality that in turn has created your life, based on how you think, how you act, and how you feel.
When you start observing your thoughts, your actions, and your feelings, you already begin to disassociate from everything known in your life by simply taking a step back and noticing these patterns.
Subconscious or unconscious programming makes up 95% of your thought, leaving only 5% for you to be truly conscious. These subliminal thoughts are responsible for your automatic actions and behaviours.
Becoming aware of your unconscious thoughts will allow you to get beyond your personality and enable you to make real positive changes in your life. No longer will you be reprocessing old thoughts that reinstall programmed conditioning and no longer will you be part of something that is living unconsciously.
As soon as you realise this, you will soon see where you have been going wrong before. When you notice these bad thoughts coming about in the future, you will be conscious of them and will find it difficult to reinforce them because you realize they are detrimental now.
