Break Out Of The Cycle

Do you feel as though you are locked in a cycle? Breaking away from your old school of thought will allow you to embrace a new, happier, positive logic and understanding. The same old thoughts you think about yourself, lead to the same choices, actions, and experiences.

When you stop feeding old programmes, you will allow new positive thoughts to inspire new choices, new behaviours, new experiences, and new feelings.

Why spend your whole life waiting for something to change you on the inside? You are living right here, right now, and you have the power and the knowledge to change how you feel on the inside today!

Your brain cannot decipher the difference between something that is actually happening on the outside, or something that you are imagining on the inside. If you visualise something with enough conviction and embrace that feeling of empowerment, you will cause an effect.

So start right now, close your eyes, and take five deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth. The objective of this exercise is to teach your body emotionally, what it is to feel abundant, healthy, successful, or whatever else that you want to achieve.

Let any thoughts you have just dissolve away now, allow them to pass through and disappear. Do not gift any attention or awareness to anything other than you just being here in the moment, freeing your mind and granting it the permission to be silent.

Now I want you to think about what it is you really want. What changes do you wish to see in your life? Do you want a better job? Do you want to find love? Whatever it is, try to visualise this through your mind’s eye.

Picture yourself in your new role at your new place of work. Read the offer letter that you receive, see your new salary, and feel the overwhelming feeling of achievement and pride in yourself. Visualise specific tasks that you will be carrying out in the new role, adding as many details as possible.

Now that you have set the scene, concentrate on the emotions that you would be experiencing. You will be grateful for this opportunity and will want to prove to your new employer what an excellent decision they have made in choosing you.

There will be feelings of joy and love because you are happy and content now that you are doing something that calls you and this gives you a sense of purpose. Combine these feelings with visualisation and keep it going for as long as you can.

Practice this every day as often as possible. Remember, that your brain cannot decipher the difference between what it experiences on the outside or visualisation on the inside.

The more often you practice this exercise, the better chance your brain will have of overriding your old programme and rewriting a new one. When you begin to illustrate the change that you wish to see, your body’s chemistry will change and your electromagnetic field will expand, raising its vibration to match it.

You can’t wait for success, you need to find it in your heart, experience your dream in the present moment, and manifest new opportunities sooner.
